Travelling in a taxi with a pet
A taxi is a convenient way to travel, even with a pet.
When you book your taxi, always mention if you have a pet with you. This means that we can dispatch a taxi that accepts pets and the driver will be prepared.
Book a taxi
- by calling 0100 0700 (€2.96 per call + €1.54 per min + local network/mobile network charges), or
- Use the Taksi Helsinki app (select eläin/pet as the type of taxi)
Additional fee
An additional fee of €3.20 is charged for transporting a pet.
The additional fee does not apply to guide dogs or assistance dogs.
